Regular Registration:  $225/person (May 21st – June 10th)

    • PEAK Registrtation Form
    • Ponderosa Camper Registration Form
    • Ponderosa Recreation Release Form

SPONSORS:

Sponsor forms needed:

    • Ponderosa Recreation Release Form
    • Group Registration Form filled out by Children’s/Group Leader.
    • Submitted Background Check (Sponsors need a current background checks, please mail results to Ponderosa)
